We are looking for CSRs with customer-friendly personalities who enjoy working with consumer technology products in a fast-paced retail service environment.
The CSRs will work out of our:
Mississauga location opposite Square One and must live within a 30-minute commute from Square One.
Toronto location onf Front St near the Rogers Centre between spadina and Blue Jays Way and must live within a 30-minute commute.
Training is provided in all aspects of customer service functions required with opportunitiy for advancement.
The TechKnow Space has been in business for over 10 years and with locations near the Rogers Centre and near Square One onvenient for almost everyone!
We repair all phones including iPhone, Samsung, Blackberry, HTC, Sony, etc. We also repair laptops, Macbooks, PS3, xBox and other devices including tablets, iPads, wearables, etc.
We are open for business for 65+ hours over a 7-day work week. We are a Samsung Authorized Repair Service Centre providing repair services for all Samsung mobile products, both in-warranty and out-of-warranty.

Depending on skills and experience, the hourly rate will range from $13 to $15. Candidates will work up to 44 hours a week, including either Saturday and/or Sunday, depending on business needs. Candidates will be provided extensive on-the-job training. Career progression and hourly compensation growth will be determined by your ability to learn and acquire new skills
