The best part is their 1-hour phone repair service that will have your phone up and running in no time - and you can even kill some time at the mall while you wait.
This place is as advertised. They promised a 1 hour turn around time for my cracked screen and they had it completed on time as promised. In general were friendly and professional.
Great service and convenient location, I will be returning here if the need arises to fix any other items.

My iPhone screen cracked a day ago and I had no idea where to go to get it fixed. I dreaded the thought of giving up my cell for a few days to get it repaired.
I considered buying a new phone (in order to avoid being "phoneless" for a week) but decided to complete a google search and find a place that can fix my cell at a reasonable price and within a reasonable amount of time. I found these guys on google and I'm glad I did!
During my initial call, the staff person was friendly and I decided to attend the Mississauga location.
When I attended the store, staff were professional and friendly. They replaced the screen in less than 15 minutes! I attended with my two year-old and getting this done - on the spot- in less than 15 minutes was a plus!
They were very accommodating to my two year-old as we waited and they also helped me with picking out a case cover (which I'm very happy with).
Price was reasonable and my phone is good as new , location/hours were also convienant.

Great service , very quick and well executed .
I had replaced the screen myself once before and it was a major pain . It took me 3 hours, almost gave up and ultimately , I did a poor job. I don't know how they managed to do this so quickly and perfectly . They must have a man with the worlds smallest hands back there .
Do I have to pay tax on repair services and labour?

We always issue a receipt for our products and services.
13% HST (5% Federal GST and 8% Provincial PST) is automatically calculated on top of our published and quoted prices at point of payment by our system.
The Government is vey clear on the subject: All Goods and Services sold are subject to the tax

With multiple locations and rotating staff it is difficult, even impossible, for representatives to remember customers' names and faces - a physical receipt detailing your transaction allows us to efficiently authenticate and process warranty support claims.
Legitimacy - You can be assured you have complied with tax regulations and acquired services from a registered, recognized and reputable company.
Knowing in good conscience that you are a law abiding citizen complying with Provincial and Federal regulations.
Risks of a "cash-no-receipt" transaction:

Hit and miss warranty fulfillment
Not terrible if your service provider is a one-person show and you are a regular repair customer -- the proprieter might remember your name and face.
Shops that subscribe to the "cash-no-receipt" business model are attempting to fly under the radar and capture the attention of price conscious consumers - to no-ones' benefit really.
Doing business with someone who is willing and not afraid to break the law and cheat the Government is not going to hesitate to cheat you....BEWARE!
You have to rely on the personal memory of the shop's staff to authenticate and fulfill your warranty needs.
Even if the owner remembers you as a customer, he could deny any follow-up warranty support by insisting on seeing your receipt...and you have no legal recourse.
What are the chances the shop will even be there should you return to them needing warranty support?
