Great service and convenient location, I will be returning here if the need arises to fix any other items.
Thanks Zarak, for your kind input....much appreciated.

Highly recommend it, professional and efficient service - I will return.
My iPhone screen cracked a day ago and I had no idea where to go to get it fixed. I dreaded the thought of giving up my cell for a few days to get it repaired.
I considered buying a new phone (in order to avoid being "phoneless" for a week) but decided to complete a google search and find a place that can fix my cell at a reasonable price and within a reasonable amount of time. I found these guys on google and I'm glad I did!
During my initial call, the staff person was friendly and I decided to attend the Mississauga location.
When I attended the store, staff were professional and friendly. They replaced the screen in less than 15 minutes! I attended with my two year-old and getting this done - on the spot- in less than 15 minutes was a plus!
They were very accommodating to my two year-old as we waited and they also helped me with picking out a case cover (which I'm very happy with).
Price was reasonable and my phone is good as new , location/hours were also convienant.
Hi Sandy, thanks!
Did you not find anything that did not please you! We must walk on water!
Here is the simple reason why we were on our best behavior…to impress your two-year old who we are convinced will become our lifetime customer upon turning 15
We look forward to seeing all your friends and neighbors soon :)
The staff is kind, and the service is at times better then Apples. Prices are competitive, too. Highly recommend!
Apple excels at many things. The TechKnow Space excels at bringing dead and damaged devices to life.

Great service , very quick and well executed .
I had replaced the screen myself once before and it was a major pain . It took me 3 hours, almost gave up and ultimately , I did a poor job. I don't know how they managed to do this so quickly and perfectly . They must have a man with the worlds smallest hands back there .
Laser Toner Cartridges We sell black & coloured toner cartridges for all the popular laser printers. There are 3 types of cartridges, remanufactured, compatible & OEM.
A remanufactured toner cartridge is produced by OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or a 3rd party manufacturer that recycles used original toner cartridges. They undergo several quality control processes to ensure the quality of the materials. Any worn or defective parts are also replaced, (drum, rollers, toner, seal, chips) and the cartridge is then cleaned and refilled, and tested. There are many benefits to buying a remanufactured laser toner, first is cost, most people purchase a remanufactured toner for the savings. Secondly it is more evironmentally friendly, a laser cartridge can take up to 450 years to decompose in a landfill, and in North America 350 million cartridges are thrown out each year. Want to recycle your old cartridges? Look at where you can recycle them for free, brands like Canon, have had recycling programs in place since 1990. Take a look at the brands who recycle toner cartridges.
Compatible toner cartridges are manufactured from scratch, they are not used cartridges that have been refilled or remanufactured. They are not made by the original manufacturer, but they are made specifically to be compatible with your printer. Some say that these cartridges are less reliable, but they are a great cost-effective solution to the brand names. They are produced under high standards and usually exceed the quality of the OEM cartridges.
Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) are brand name toner cartridges made by the printer manufacturer, are often very costly in comparison with compatible and remanufactured toner.
You can also buy "Refillable Kits"
Refillable cartridges are cartridges that have been simply refilled with more toner. There are do-it-yourself kits available. However, often times you have to drill the hole yourself, and then carefully reseal the cartridge [read about toner safety & cleaning].
About Toner Cartridges
What is a Laser Toner Cartridge? Toner cartridges are used in laser, printers, photocopiers and fax machines. A toner cartridge or laser toner as they are sometimes called, contain toner powder, a fine, dry mixture of plastic particles, carbon, and black or other coloring agents that make the image on the paper.
Toner cartridges come in 4 different colours cyan, magenta, yellow, and black.
Toner cartridges can be very expensive, sometimes more than the printer itself. Some people dispose of their printer when it is out of toner and replace the entire machine (Although most laser printers only come with toners 1/3 full).
The best solution to save on costs is to purchase compatible or remanufactured toner cartridges.
What is a drum unit? Drum units are what is used to transfer the toner electrostatically onto the paper, using heated rollers during the printing process. This process creates higher quality prints for speed in comparison to inkjet. Drum units usually last much longer than toner cartridges, you will often change your toner cartridges 3-4 times before needing to replace the drum cartridge. If you need to replace your drum cartridge you will notice a decrease in the print quality. If you notice blank spaces, missing spots, or streaking, it is most likely time to replace your drum unit. You may also get a warning or alert depending on your printer model “Drum Near End” or “Replace Drum”. What is page yield?
Page yield is the estimated amount of pages that will be printed per cartridge. How long will my toner cartridge last? Depending on how much your home or office prints each day, your toner cartridge could last anywhere from 6 months to a couple of years.
When should you replace your toner cartridge? Old toner cartridges can wear down over time, especially refillable ones. With refillable toner a hole is simply drilled and refilled with toner, parts are not inspected, checked or replaced. Old cartridges can develop cracks, and holes over time, causing toner to leak into the machine. If you notice spots or smears on your prints, replace your toner cartridge quickly so you do not damage your printer.
Also you need to replace your toner cartridge when your toner is running low, or print quality decreases because of toner deterioration. You might notice that you have low toner coverage, that your printer is not printing evenly, and the print isn’t as sharp and crisp as it used to be. Most new laser printer models will give you a warning message, telling you the toner cartridge is running low, before it is time to replace the toner cartridge.
Most new laser printer models will give you a warning message, telling you the toner cartridge is running low, before it is time to replace the toner cartridge.
Some manufacturers include toner cartridges come with drum units, that way every time your toner runs out you are replacing the toner and the imaging drum.
Recycling Toner Cartridges
Canon was the first to start a toner recycling program in 1990. The Clean Earth Campaign in Canada has collected over 3 million cartridges that would have been otherwise thrown out and ended up in landfills.

Safety & Cleaning
Becareful of hot rollers, wait 1 hour after last printing before you change toners so the rollers have a chance to cool down, to avoid burning yourself.
Toner powder is not toxic but can be harmful if inhaled
Gloves should be worn when handling toner, as well as a protective mask to prevent inhalation
If enough toner is airborne it can create a small explosion
Do not vacuum with a standard vacuum cleaner as it can become electrically charged and ignite a fire, it is also very fine, so it can pass through the filters and escape into the room or into the motor of the vacuum cleaner
