Depending on the problem your game console is having and whether diagnostics efforts are required your Playstation or XBox repair may take from 1 to 3 business days.
For XBOX 360 and PS3: our experience has shown that "Yellow Light of Death" and "Red Ring Of Death" problems require the mainboard to be repaired.
Mainboard repair on these 2 models have been found to be unreliable - thus we will not be able to repair RROD and YLOD problems on PS3/Xbox 360.

Manager was great, after an initial problem where I was given a faulty replacement part, he personally called and offered to replace the part for free. Did take a bit of time but works like new and I'm glad they showed responsibility for their customers.
The battle of the next-generation consoles rages on, even a few years after the consoles were released. There are many different things to consider before choosing which console to put your money behind.
Things like exclusive content, price, screen resolution and brand loyalty can all factor in to each person’s choice of which console to pick.
According to consumer statistics group Nielsen, most users focus on a couple different reasons for choosing a PS4 or an Xbox One.
The main reason most PS4 owners chose the console they did was because of the better resolution. But Xbox One users focused on brand marketing and innovative technology.
Forbes Magazine explained the numbers in a post online:
”What this polling suggests however is that not only was price not a top factor in buyers’ decision-making, but the Kinect may have actually been a “pro” for Microsoft.
Funnily enough, “Brand” was the number one reason people bought an Xbox One, showing a large amount of loyalty for the Xbox overall, but the number two reason was “Innovative Features.”
I suppose you could say that might be the Xbox One’s cable box integration, but I’m guessing a big chunk of that is Kinect, which for all its problems, was supposed to be the “innovative” part of the console back when the two pieces of hardware were inseparable.”
Sales of Sony’s newest PlayStation had originally surpassed the sales of its Microsoft-owned counterpart when the consoles were first released a few years ago.
This has been mainly attributed to the $100 price difference between the two consoles. Microsoft justified the added expense because the Kinect was automatically bundled with the Xbox One, but has since dropped the price to offer a console-only box.
Now the sales of both consoles have evened out in the last year or so and only time will tell which console will be crowned the ultimate winner.
