Returns and/or exchanges may be accepted:
- At our discretion
- Within 60 days
- With purchase receipt presented
- A restocking fee of up to ~33% will be applied

Lifetime warranty on workmanship, labour and technical repairs.
Its necessary we state the obvious for devices that were liquid damaged, there is no warranty.
All repairs are subject to a $79.99 base fee.
The generic term for this fee is a "diagnostics fee."
The diagnostics fee includes administrative, advertising, equipment, logistics, payroll, technical support and research & development costs.
Diagnostics fee will be applied in the event that a workorder is created for a repair and the problem/solution isn't clear.
The diagnostics fee is a deposit towards the total cost of service.
Diagnostics fee will be applied/retained if workorders are cancelled for any reason.
In the case of refunds, diagnostics fee will be retained.
New retail products purchased from us are covered by their respective manufacturer's warranty.
No retail product warranty express or implied is provided or fulfilled by or at The TechKnow Space.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to seek retail product warranty issue resolution directly with the manufacturer -- most manufacturers will only process warranty claims for end-users.
Repair part warranty are subject to the supplier. For most parts there is a lifetime warranty.
You must present your original purchase or repair payment receipt for any warranty exchange or support to be processed.
